Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup warm water
- Juice of ½ lemon
- 1 slice of fresh ginger or ½ tsp ground ginger
- Pinch of Himalayan pink salt
- Optional: 1 tsp raw honey
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a mug.
- Let steep for 2–3 minutes.
- Sip slowly before breakfast.
Notes
Best enjoyed in the morning on an empty stomach to hydrate and support adrenal function.
