- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Optional: berries, dark chocolate shavings, crushed walnuts
Instructions
- Add cottage cheese, cocoa powder, banana, vanilla, and chia seeds into a high-speed blender.
- Blend until the texture is completely smooth (60–90 seconds).
- Pour into jars or cups and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let chia seeds thicken the mousse.
- Top with berries, nuts, or chocolate before serving.
Notes
