  • 4 slices high-protein bread (8–12g protein each)
  • 3 egg whites
  • 1 whole egg
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Lay out or toast bread slices to slightly dry them.
  2. Whisk together egg whites, whole egg, almond milk, Greek yogurt, protein powder, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt.
  3. Dip each slice of bread in the mixture, soaking for 5–10 seconds per side.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and spray lightly with cooking spray.
  5. Cook each slice for about 3 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
  6. Optionally, air fry slices for 30 seconds at 375°F for extra crispiness.
