  • Ingredients for keto orange fluff – Greek yogurt, orange gelatin, heavy cream, sweetener, and zest

    1 box (0.3 oz) sugar-free orange gelatin

  • ¾ cup boiling water
  • ½ cup cold water
  • ½ cup full-fat plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tbsp powdered erythritol or monk fruit sweetener (adjust to taste)
  • ½ tsp pure orange extract (optional for stronger flavor)
  • 1 tsp orange zest (optional)
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the orange gelatin with boiling water. Stir until completely dissolved, about 2 minutes.
  2. Stir in the cold water and let it cool for 5 minutes at room temperature.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the heavy cream with sweetener and a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form.
  4. In another bowl, whisk the Greek yogurt with orange extract and zest.
  5. Slowly fold the yogurt into the slightly cooled gelatin mixture.
  6. Gently fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
  7. Spoon the mixture into a serving dish or individual cups.
  8. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.

Notes

Use full-fat, unsweetened Greek yogurt to keep the recipe keto-friendly. For faster setting, chill the gelatin in the freezer for 15–20 minutes before mixing.
