- 1 tablespoon of dried lemon balm or a small handful of fresh lemon balm leaves
- 1 cup of hot water (around 190°F)
- Optional: raw honey, slice of lemon, or sprig of mint
Instructions
- Place lemon balm in a tea infuser or directly in a mug.
- Pour hot water over the leaves.
- Cover the mug with a plate and let it steep for 7–10 minutes.
- Strain if needed.
- Sweeten lightly with honey or garnish with lemon/mint if desired.
- Sip slowly and relax.
Notes
