Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh spinach
- ½ small frozen banana
- 1 tsp fresh grated ginger (or ¼ tsp ground ginger)
- Juice of ½ lemon (or about 1 tbsp)
- ½ apple or ¼ cup chopped pineapple (optional)
- 1 cup cold water (or unsweetened almond milk)
- A few ice cubes
- Optional: 1 scoop protein powder (vanilla or unflavored)
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend on high until smooth (about 30–45 seconds).
- Taste and adjust: more lemon for tang, more ginger for heat, or more fruit if it’s too tart.
- Serve cold and enjoy!
