- ¼ cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tbsp almond flour
- ½ mashed banana
- 1 egg white
- ½ tsp baking powder
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Optional: 1 tsp maple syrup or a few chocolate chips
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a large mug until smooth.
- Microwave on medium power for 60–75 seconds.
- Let it rest 30 seconds (it finishes cooking with the residual heat).
- Top with berries or more almond butter, and enjoy warm.
Notes
This little mug holds about 18–20g of protein, without a single scoop of powder.
